I use Clarins body serum, its a fast absorbing, light gel, smells soooo yummmmy! but it keeps my skin soft - also, Murad makes a body blemish clearing spray. I get occasional ones on my back as well, I just dot some Origins spot remover on them and *poof* gone. good luck, I know that can ruin a good beach day!! =)
i really like l'occitane peachy skin moisture gel. i'm not sure if it is oil free however because it is a gel it doesn't feel oily. plus it dry to a soft powdery finish which feel really nice. i get the odd spot on my back on bum! but i haven't had any since i started using this. i used to use alot of molten brown products but they were a little too rich for me i think.
