I think you need to address the under eyes circles with an under eye serum/cream first to reduce some of that darkness as well as hydrate the skin. Concealer is a temporary fix but a good serum will have longer results. I'm not saying you shouldn't use a concealer but you need to use an under eye serum/cream too. I know that some ppl have problems with the MUFE full cover concealer looking a bit dry/cakey and that's because they need to use an eye cream underneath the concealer.

You could also use a highlighter on top of the concealer/if ur circles aren't that dark. I recommend YSL touche eclat. it reflects light to brighten up the under eye area making it less blue.
