try this suggestion from MAC(substituting the macpro part for the regular site if you aren't a pro user):
1) Open Chrome
2) Click on the Tools button in top right corner (the button looks like a wrench,) and select options.
3) In the new window, select the "Under the Hood" tab.
4) On this tab, scroll down and click on the Content Settings button.
5) In the new window, click on the Show Cookies and Other Site Data button.
6) In the new window, search for
http://www.maccosmetics.com/macpro/index.tmpl.
7) In the results below, highlight the cookie for
http://www.maccosmetics.com/macpro/index.tmpl and click the Remove button.
8) Close all open browser windows.
9) Return to
http://www.maccosmetics.com/macpro/index.tmpl and sign in.
1) Open Internet Explorer
2) Click on the Tools button in top right corner (the button looks like a gear,) and select Internet Options.
3) In the new window, click the Settings button located under the Browsing History heading.
4) In the new window, click the View Files button
5) In the new window, locate the file below and delete it: "Cookie:<your windows username>@
www.macpro.com/"
6) Close all open browser windows.
7) Return to
http://www.maccosmetics.com/macpro/index.tmpl and sign in.
1) Choose Preferences from the Safari menu.
2) Select the Security icon.
3) Click on the Show Cookies button.
4) Select all
http://www.maccosmetics.com/macpro/index.tmpl cookies on the list.
5) Click on the Delete button.
