Paints vs. Paint Pots

Sorry if this is in another thread, but I've tried looking and couldn't seem to find it.

When using these as a base, which seems to be better for people with oily lids and deep creases?

I'm interesting in trying them out but I hate buying unless I think it will work for me

Any opinion or links to a thread with this comparison would be much appreciated

I think paint works best for oily creases...at least on my skin & I have OILY creases...But paint pots are very pretty and a lot of people don't have any problems with them at all

Frankly I am a big fan of MAC paints. I think that they make better bases for shadows and they don't crease as much as the paint pots do. I am pretty sure that MAC is going to get rid of the paints so I am trying to slowly go towards the paint pots but I just don't like them as well.
