OK, sixth phone call (plus 2 emails and 2 chats) finally got me a supervisor. I was issued a refund, and then she wanted to immediately re-order.

Sigh.

wow so sorry to hear about NM fiasco. I found this at Macy's while walking through this past week. I bought the lipstick Virevoltante from Nordstroms because of points but it is all over the place here. I loved that it was semi sheer which is so appealing at this time of year for me.

oh I should add the lipstick palette is screaming my name but I am avoiding it like crazy. The lip glosses have the brush instead of doe applicator and I don't like those. I am getting really really picky about my packaging lately. Brushes for lip glosses translates to gloppy uneven application. My inexpert hands I am sure
