pencil sharpeners

I was just wondering how people clean their sharpeners?

I find it can be a bit tricky to get in everywhere, and was hoping some of you ladies had some good tips

I just tried cleaning mine with a pointed q-tip and makeup remover. Some of them have a little screw on the blade and you could take that off and clean it.

is more or less what I do except I haven't seen pointed q tips where I shop lol
I'm just always afraid to make the blade rust or something.

I clean it with a q-tip too. But I don't use makeup removers. I just clean it with a q-tip, use a new one when the q-tip is all stained, and do this until the q-tip does not have any stains on it anymore.
