People in Las Vegas

I'm going to Las Vegas for my 21st birthday at the end of this month, and I'd muuuuuuch rather spend money on makeup than to lose it in gambling. Sooooo, I need good places that sell makeup. Any type of make up, any price, and where exactly it's at (if it's in a casino, by a casino, etc). I've been there A LOT before, but I never looked for shops, so I don't know where anything's at. Thanks!

There's a MAC in Caesar's Palace - pro store, I think. There used to be a Sephora just a bit north of MGM but I think it's gone - there's one in Aladdin and one in Venetian, though. Lots of other stuff, too, but these are the ones I know of.

yup- there is a MAC in the Forum shops at Caesars (I was a MAC virgin until that store in Jan of this year...) the MA's are super nice and very helpful! umm.. hmm and again- like Jasper said there is the Sephora in Aladdin, I didn't know about the Venetian one tho...anyway- have fun- Vegas is the greatest place ever- I wanna move there- if you get a chance- go see the THUNDER FROM DOWN UNDER! (an All-Australian male revue.. of strippers... mua ha ha ha soo hot) the tix are like $40- but OMG is it worth it- they are beauty-fulllll.. go to their website- www.thunderfromdownunder.com... its great. lol... yum.

the mac pro store @ the forum shops in caesars palace is AWESOME! i was there yesterday and everyone there is super nice and very helpful! there's a sephora at the venetian, i was there today... vegas ROCKS! dh and i are here on vacation and we're having a blast!!

i agree that the mac pro store at caesar's is the poo. everything at caesars rocks. burning a hole in my credit card so fast! the sephora somewhere on the strip is really huge too. the only one i've found that ever carried this awesome versace lipgloss that i am totally in love with.

i dunno about the 'thunder down under' thing though. i'm not a big fan of the male strippers. having the weenis swung around in your face is not something that appeals to me.

have fun though with whatever you do! vegas is my favorite place in the world, right after my wonderful little oc bubble.

I remember seeing a poster for that Thunder From Down Under show when we stayed at the Excalibur in April. I also remember my mom saying they were hot

Everyone already answered your questions about the Pro store and the two Sephoras and yadda. There is a CCO here.. it's at the Las Vegas Premium Outlets near Downtown. Take the I-15 North and you'll see it on your right side. It's near the Charleston exit. Beware -- this CCO usually sucks when it comes to MAC stuff. Just not a lot of good stuff, IMO.

There's a CCO out in Primm, which is about 45 minutes out of town. Take I-15 South until you get to Primm. I've called them recently and they said they have a BUNCH of pigments and eyeshadows and what not.. I just haven't had a chance to drive out there and check.

the putlets in primm have a cco? god damn i was just there last weekend!

hey bryanna! i went to the CCO in primm today and they only have tan and pink opal pigments and about 8 shadows.. i was kinda disappointed!

they DO have a lot of matt murphy cases, nordstrom anniversary palettes, skinshimmers, l/g, stains, l/s, powders and ccb's.. i did end up getting a few things there so all in all i was a happy camper! they have a TON of clinique and bobbi brown makeup tho..

hey now- the thunder from down under was fun- and Im totally not the big muscled oiled up guy kinda girl... I like tall skinny guys.. it wasnt the guys that made the thing so much fun, it was the atmospher, vegas, everything- honestly- it was a blast... and a few of em were REALLY hot.. .not all of them are big and oiled up and muscley...

tell me he's not pretty.

Juneplum, I'm sorry to hear that they didn't have that many pigments. I spoke with a sales associate maybe.. two weeks ago? She told me they had a lot. Oh well.. I'm glad you found some stuff you liked though so it wasn't a complete waste!! =)

By any chance, do you remember which eyeshadows they had? When I spoke with the sales associate, I asked her and she just said "A lot." Not very helpful, hehe.

they had ingenue blue, felt blue, wonderfull, one of the mineralize shadows (i think aristocrat??) rio de rosa and about 2 more i can't remember... it wasn't alot... =)

hahaha! i <3 u melozburngr. you make me laugh. i love the vegas atmosphere too. that guy has a cute the face, but his body is like too muscular. he kinda looks like one of those man-pageant guys. i dunno. overly buff boys make me want to yack. i dunno...you have me intrigued. i might have to go check it out next time i'm out there. <3
