I now have four 15 palettes of e/s and am starting to love some of the pigments.

Which do you prefer?

I seriously can't pick! Although I love how intense the pigments are, the e/s are so much more convenient...I love both, whatever shade I can't make in e/s I'll buy in pigment.

Pressed pigments =D There's the convenience of a pan e/s with the same color payoff as a pigment. I tend to use them more than my loose pigments, because I tend to have more trouble with fallout from loose pigments.

Eyeshadows. Pigments are a PITA most of the time; I need portability and convenience!

That's a tough one! I'd say e/s. The pigments are kinda messy for me and expensive. I'd rather have 2 shadows than a pigment. But I do occassionaly get captivated by one. I really like pink opal, gold dusk and of course, kitchmas!

I like these pigments because I can use them on my shoulders and cleavage - so I get a little more use out of them.

I prefer the eyeshadows. They are more convenient and easy to use. I like pigments too but I buy more shadows. The pigments offer that multi-purpose element.

to be honest, even though i collect pigments, i prefer working with eyeshadows. its just more convenient, quicker, and easier to clean up, if something goes wrong. still, pigments are super fun, and have great color range, plus, they blend into one another pretty easily. personally, i think its great to have both, since you can do SO much with them together. the other great thing about pigments is the fact that they're multi purpose, as we all know..

favorite pigments: deckchair is a perfect highlight color, ruby red, emerald green, steel blue, all girl, and coco beach are some of my favorites. my all time favorite is the discontinued silver frost and discontinued gold frost. those two are gorgeousss..

i'm way more into the eyeshadows, pigments do not stay on my eyelid very well, though i love them for blush

Same. If I'm in a hurry I just put on e/s because it's easier to work with, but if I have a bit of extra time, or if I'm going out, I usually go for the pigments. I often combine them though, and use e/s and pigments.

I love them both, but I'd have to say I prefer e/s. They are easier (at least for me) and there is a great selection. Piggies are fun and I use them a lot too, but they can be more difficult to manipulate.

i prefer eyeshadows. the pigments make a mess and the powder winds up all over the place and all over my cheeks and under eye area. i also find that most pigments dont have as much color payoff as the eyeshadows

For ease of use I prefer the pressed eyeshadows. But some piggies are such special colours that you need to use them on occasion.

Talk about sitting on the fence eh

Eyeshadows are definately easier and faster to work with, and I don't have to deal with shimmer fallout. I will use pigments when I have more time to spare doing my MU.

I definitely prefer eyeshadows. Pigments are just too much work for me. The only pigment I use regularly is Pink Opal and I mainly use that as a highlight on my cheekbones.
