Pin-Upish... Vixen-esque... You know, that style...

To celebrate my first post at Specktra ever, I intended to plaster my face all over the July 'Challenges' thread, hoping that I may make an impression that might win some favour of those much more talented than I (which is every one of you), but that didn't work, so I'll just make a new thread here and tack on my face to the growing community of mystic creatures here on this forum.

So take a gander and laugh.

They're all pictures of yours truly.

(Edit: Sorry everyone! Had to remove some pictures because of online stalk-age!)

I've got SO many from this day, but I'll leave it at this. I was tossing up between posting this in the 'pin-up' thread and this one, but in the end, the more recent one lucked out.

I'll try to be a more frequent contributor from now on!

Ciao bellas!

What I used:
I gotta be honest with you, I buy cheap make-up and mix them up (I purchase cheap pigments, cheap eyeshadows etc...) into tiny little vials, so I haven't a clue what I've used. I've got a pink/gold shadow and a brown/black shadow (with tiny specks of gold) that I mixed and made myself so I couldn't give you any specifics there.

I'll try to relist as much as I can here though, so please be patient with me!

Oh, and if anyone is wondering why I've got so much brands that are Korean, it's because I've been living here over the past year and have been stacking up on the real cheap stuff... quality is outstanding too!

Eyes:
Base: Pink/gold shadow (Personal stash)
Crease Shadow: Brown/Black Shadow (Personal stash)
Smoke: Todacosa, Mono Eyecolor - Black Hole (Korean Brand)
Top Layer: Face Shop, Black Label Eyeshadow - 06 Luxury Bronze (Korean Brand)
Eyeliner: Lancome Artliner

Foundation & Blush:
Base: Aloe Gel (Fruit of the Earth)
Foundation: Cheapo stuff without a brand (gotta change though - it's making me break out)
Powder: Everyday Minerals, Intensive Foundation - Medium Beige
Concealer: Shiseido (it's in a tiny little pot)
Blush: Everyday Minerals - Apple + Pink/gold shadow (from personal stash - it's multipurpose, what can I say?)

Lips:
I used two colours at different times for my lips, one being a fire engine red and the other being a dark plum colour...
Wine: Rimmel, Rich Moisture Lipstick - 408 Hype (this is the dark plum one. ABSOLUTELY stunning colour and lasts ages)
Red: Chanel, Hydrabase - 90, Pirate
Base: Vaseline

I love this look! Very cute.

As the above poster mentioned, don't forget to post what you used to achieve the look. If not, it will get moved to the Say Cheese forum.
