Ok so.. last week I got a Prep+Prime SPF 50 as a gift from a friend. I used it on Saturday.. and noticed.. there was like a water like liquid when squeezing out the cream.. So I shook it once and squeezed it again.. and it was still the same.. so.. today when I used it.. it was liquidy. I squeezed it.. and the water like residue came out w/ the cream..
I got online and chatted w/ a mac assistant.. and she recommended that I get it exchanged.. So.. I called the nearest Mac store.. and she said.. if I didn't have the receipt I can still take it back as long as I have the Macy's sticker on it and the box.. So I get home from work and I checked the box for the sticker and it doesn't have the Macy's sticker on it.. I called my friend and she said she had took all the stickers off.. and thrown out the receipt!
How can I get this item exchanged now?
