Does anyone know if I can press pigments to any pot or any container or does it have to be an aluminum pan like the mac ones? Thanks..I'm trying to use these cute hello kitty pots I got at target

When I first started pressing, I did so in the plastic jars that my samples came in because I didn't have pans. So yep, its good to go. Just feels a little awkward in the actual "press" bit, because of the shaping, and i was scared to shatter the plastic.

Yea..I've pressed in pans before and didn't do the whole pressing part. I just made sure the pigment went in smooth and it actually turned out pretty nice. I wasn't sure if the pigment would adhere to any other material that wasn't aluminum. Good to know plastic works..Thanks!
