Problem with Paints?

Hey, I hope I explain this coherently...I got my first paint the other day and when I take the cap off it, the stuff oozes out of it. When I screw the cap back on, excess paint comes out. I hate to waste the product, does anyone else have this problem?? And how can I make it stop? TIA!!

The best trick I've heard on here is to unroll the end of the tube to let some of the pressure in the tube spread in the tube instead of out of it!

Yeah, I unrolled the ends of all my mini paints as soon as I got them last year, and I've never had a problem.

Anuy, take the paint tube by the end. Unwrap the folded part one or two times. That should do the trick.

my advise is when you are about to open the tube for the first time, hold it by the lid and sweep it down very fast. that way all the air is forced to the top of the tube, when you roll the end of the tube carefully up, there aren't a lot of air bubbles that burst, and give the probelms you explained above.
