Problems when ordering online.

Hi everyone, I hope this is in the correct section...

I keep running into the same problem online (with the UK mac site)...
everytime I add something to my basket and continue to check out so i can complete my order and pay for it --- it says my session has timed out.
So I have to keep signing in but it still says the same thing

It keeps doing this and its soooo annoying!

Can anyone help me out? Am I doing something wrong??? Or is it just the website that's at fault?

Please if u can help...I'm at home with a broken foot and can't get out to buy the limited collections...Arggggh! Sucks for me...

You may want to contact MAC directly and tell them about the problem, as it may be something with the site, but it may also be a problem with your internet connection. They will also take orders over the phone, so if you can't get it to work, you could always try to call it in! Good luck!

I have had this problem before as well - try signing in with a different web browser.

thank u for ur reply, i used firefox vs i.e and i got my order! =))))
