so i've heard that NARS lip products are notorious for going off and I was wondering if maybe mine is... when ever I apply it it seems to sink into the lines of my lips and sit there like a filmy layer... something about it is just not right. i've tried layering it over lippies and it still doesn't look good, i've tried layering it over mac prep and prime for lips but still nothing. i've tried applying a sheer layer/thick layer.. i've even tried a lip brush! nothing seems to work!
any recs on how to get this to work for me? or does it sound like it's gone off?
