i use:

MAC Brow Finisher - wheat
MAC eyebrow pencil - spiked
MAC fluidline - ostentatious (sometimes)
Maybelline eye pencil (the cheap little red ones) - charcoal grey

lol you know what-- after i posted this in one of the LJ communities... someone was like... isn't true chartreuse non-eyesafe?

and i was like, hmmm, im not sure! haha. it didn't irritate my eyes tho-- but it may for some!
