Question about mac counters vs pro stores

Can someone tell me what they sell at pro stores vs what is available at counters? What I really want to know is where are pro palettes available, and where can I purchase just the pans?

As far as I know, pro palettes and pro pan e/s are available at any free standing store, but not counters.

And pigments not included in a collection are only available at MAC stores. Pro pigments are only available at the pro stores.

you can also call the pro store if you dont have one around. you can order 15 pan palettes, pan eyeshadows, and pigments from them. You just cant use mac website shipping codes.
