Okay, I have vanilla and frost, and I've seen frozen white. Vanilla has a creamy, almost pink-but-not-really undertone to it...it's my personal favorite. Frost is chunkier and glittery, but doesn't have a strange undertone to it, except for maybe some silver. Frozen white almost has a blue undertone to it, but to me FW looks very similar to Frost.

I'd go with Vanilla, personally. I find it to be the most well rounded in terms of usefulness!

I have "White" pigment. It may be a pro one, I'm not sure, but I bought it at the pro store. It has a light shimmer to it, not too much though. It's very versatile but I don't actually use it thaaaaat much, mostly when I'm doing a smokey eye or for highlighting. It works well for that.
