Quick Haunting minty/teal EOTD

I think I need to start wearing a base underneath my eyebrow powder because brow gel on top isn't cutting it, especially now that it's getting really humid and hot here.

I love the colour of Newly Minted, I try so hard to love it but the payoff is so dissapointing, it fades in about 5 minutes and it's really hard to blend. *sniff*
