I was wondering if there is a way to quote someone else's quoting! I mean, i want to quote a post which already include a quote...

quote the original and the other quote using the multi tab then press quote.

Use the above suggestion.

Multi in-line quoting isn't a good idea as it created giant nested quote fiestas because people are too lazy to trim off excess conversation.
