Reccommendation for makeup with this dress?

hey gals! im wearing a dress similar to this for my gradutation, except mine is spagetti straps but its the same blue with white polka dots. maybe red lipstick..but what eyeshadow? well ill take whatever u gals recommend...thanks in advance!

I'd do red lips + frosty silver shadow(MAC Electra) + winged black liner. That would look hot.
