Her lips look like they are lined and has some lip gloss. I'd say stripdown in you are light, with clear or light gloss. Maybe wildly lush plushglass. Pink Swoon p/b.

Vanilla for brow bone, honesty for crease. Line in smolder e/l or fluid line with romp at the bottom lash line rubbed into the lower lash line.
