Here' s a shot:
Hair Down:
On eyes, blend a little bit of MAC Paints in Shimma up to the crease, then fan out ever so lightly onto browbone to give a tiny bit of highlight for glow (most of the Shimma should only go up to your crease) blend in smoothly. Take Satin Taupe e/s, line eyes on upper lid and define crease. Take a bit more Satin Taupe and fluff it over eyelid up to crease line. Take Electra e/s, go over middle of eye orb (rounded part) and highlight center of lid, keeping everything soft and blended. For more definition, use Coffee eye pencil to dot a line between eyelashes. No harsh eyelines here. Everything should be soft.
Cheeks are soft, not shimmery. Looks like Blushbaby or Mocha blush.
Lips are muted in Stripdown l/l, line and fill lips. Dot High Tea l/s over. Blot with tissue to get Hillary's more matte look. Focus for this look is on the eyes.

Hair Up:
Eyes: No highlighter on browbone, so paint eyes all the way up to browbone with MAC Paint in Bare Canvas (use lightly, especially in browbone area). In creases, try MAC Shale e/s. On lid, Crystal e/s with Electra e/s as subtle liner on outer corners. Dot Coffee eye pencil between eyelashes for soft liner or try Heirloom Eye Kohl to line for a more shimmery look. Take a bit of White Frost e/s and go over eyeline area, focusing on inner corners of eyes and underneath eyes. Take Fascinating eye kohl and line waterline.
Cheeks: Mocha or Prism topped with a dusting of Porcelain Pink MSF.
Lips: Subculture l/l lines and fills in lips. Top with X-Pose l/s.

Whew!

She kind of resembles J.Lo in the first pic LOL!

Try using a bronzer for this look, if you have a golden-y skin tone like hers appears to be in the magazine, I would suggest NARS Laguna.
