Recs for Classic Cream Liquidlast Liner

I received liquidlast liner in Classic Cream colour. Any suggestions on what colour combos can I use this with? Is it safe to use on your waterline?

I am really inexperienced when it comes to makeup application

I think Magic Dust e/s would look good or a tan or brown would look good too!!!!! tan pigment would look good too
