It looks like Clear Sky Blue but I think you have to use it lightly over a white base or e/s to get it that pale

I have that EXACT color in my sephora blockbuster palette. But I doubt you wanna go out and buy that. Maybe sephora brand has a single shadow like that? Maybe you should check it out.
