hmmm.. just my opinion but..
eyes: just carbon on top of thick black liner with fake lashes
face: studio fix fluid foundation, mac bronzer in Golden on the forehead, down the nose and on the chin
cheeks: since she's not super tan, i'd say she's using something like Tarte Hotel Heiress bronzer(with a lighter hand), mac emote blush, or mac global glow msf (i think global glow is more close to it)
lips: kinda hard to see since the flash kinda makes it look like the lipliner is a shadow or actually dark.. so if it isn't a shadow, it looks like Stripdown lipliner, but if it IS a shadow, then Oak lipliner, Myth, Brew, or feckletone lipstick, coated with C-Thru lipgloss.
since the heatherette collection is out, you could buy Bonus beat lipgloss, put it over myth and it would look like that pic, since myth and C-thru would probably make you look ghostly.
