Removing "film" on surface of shadows and blushes

Several of my shadows and a few blushes seem to have a film on their surface that I assume is a build up of oil from use. What's your favorite way of removing this film? I'm afraid that the only way to get rid of it would be to scrape it? Has anyone found a different way?

I think you can just take a tissue and wipe it down? I could be wrong, though.

Use a peice of clear tape stick it on surface and pull off repeat until All the oil is absorbed i did this to a blush of mine didnt damage at all

Scrape off the top layer with a mascara wand or a spatula or butter knife.

yea i had this problem with my blunt blush and asked a mua at mac and she said to use a mascara wand.. i was so shocked that i never thought of that, it worked like a charm . i didnt tap the extra i scraped off out i used it and it worked perfectly fine like a powder.

Omg didn't realise this was a common issue, going to do a cleanup tonight! Yay thanks ladies
