Removing glue from fake lashes

Hi Everyone!

I'm wondering if anyone has good tips for removing the lash glue from false lashes. I have no problem getting them off of my eye but I can't seem to get to glue off from the false eyelash band very well. I tried peeling them off but there are still little bits of glue stuck on the band.

I soak mine in warm water for several minutes, then wipe down with a MAC wipe. I imagine a cleansing oil would work well too.
