Repressed Blush with Alcohol and it is now Chalky and Awful

I repressed a blush last night with high hopes for it turning out well only to find that it is now a chalky mess- nothing like the smooth texture it used to have.
What can I do?

Can you give a better description of what it's like now?

By chalky do you mean there's no colour pay-off, it's too hard, too crumbly, the colours have split, the colour intensity has gone, etc etc etc? If you give a better description you'll get better answers.

In the meantime give the blush another day or two to completely dry, then take some sticky tape and use it to tape-lift off the top layer of product. Try it again after that and see if there's any improvement.
