Sorry if I'm posting this at the wrong section of the forums!
I bought a lipstick from a MAC counter at the Bay in Vancouver 2 weeks ago. However, it's been drying my lips to the point that my skin is flaky and so dry it leads to bleeding. Perhaps I'm sensitive to an ingredient or two in their lipstick formula. Anyways....
I want to return or maybe even exchange this for something else. I have the original receipt from the Bay's MAC counter, but not the lipstick box. Would MAC take it back or will I be left with a new-ish lipstick that I can no longer use?
