Returning Online Purchases

Hello everyone

I was wondering if anyone has returned their online purchases through the mail and what the experience was like?

Mine are all set to go, first return ever.

On the back of the invoice is a form for returning products and the reason, which you fill out.

I'm not sure if I need to pay postage at the post office? Or can I drop it in the mail box for free?

Also, do they take a long time refunding your money? Is there ever any issues getting your money credited back? This is my major concern!

You have to pay the postage at the post office. It takes about 7-10 days for them to receive and return the product and they always send an email confirmation from there it takes about 1-2 weeks for the money to return to your credit card.

I've never had any difficulties returning my online purchases. I always receive an email confirmation.

MAC really does have great customer service.
