Revisiting C-Shock!

I haven't posted a FOTD in forever! I wanted to enter a contest on YouTube which was calling for bright colors and I immediately thought of C-Shock. I wanted something wearable but didn't want to do a rainbow eye. After some fooling around, this is what I came up with. Hope you enjoy!
