how do I achieve the eye makeup? I would love to wear a look like this to go out partying

I dont know mac shades but to me it looks like

A bright blue all over lid blended up
skin color shade to highlight
light lim-y olive-y green smidged under lash line on bottom.

i dont really see any liner

some mascara nad done!

the blue looks similar to bang on blue--but that was an LE
the green looks like chartreuse piggie

I found a picture of the look up close. It is blue eye shadow on the eyelid and a yellow eyeshadow used like a liner on rim on the bottom. Since this was for Chanel, it was from a Chanel eyeshadow quad. I am sure you and dupe the look from the recommendations made here.

i think i heard this on ftv but it was freshwater on the lid and bitter on the bottom lash line.
