Scabs on delicate facial skin.

How is the best way to dry these up.. I put poly sporin on last night and now I'm just going to leave them... any suggestions...?

Not sure I understand the question exactly - if you have scabs then they should be dry, it means the skin underneath is healing? Wouldn't the best way to get rid of scabs is wait for them to drop off of their own accord. Moisturising them also promotes faster healing and less likely to scar.
