How many hours do you need to work to get health insurance at Sephora? Also, is it good health insurance i.e. PPO or HMO? How much is it a month?
Does Sephora hire makeup artists too? Is a lead a manager? And how many leads do they have? For instance , a manager and assistant manager and anyone below that like how MAC has third key, asst. man and retail manager.
Yes, I know that is a lot of questions (sorry)

and I can ask the store but I was just curious if anyone here works for Sephora and can fill me in.
Thanks in advance.

In order to qualify for Insurance at Sephora you average hours need to be above a certain amount of hours, for a certain amount of continuous average weeks. That number used to be above 30 hours a week for something like 6 consecutive weeks. Then you could qualify to be offered health benefits.

Sephora offers both HMO and PPO insurance options. The premium amounts vary, but usually a single person it starts out at $100 per pay period. Average family of two adults and two children, it can go to $250 per paid period. Depends on several factors. Use these as vague guidelines.

Sephora does hire make-up artists.

In the leadership circle here is the deal

There is a Store Director (Store Manager)

Specialists are like Assistant Managers and each store has a variant number of specialists dependent on the sales volume of the store.

Leads are key holders, and are under specialists, and the number of positions are dependent on the sales volume of the store.

These three titles make up the leadership team at a Sephora location.

Some locations, rare, have audit coordinators, they are an elevated position, but not the same as a leadership level.

Its simple, if some one can check your personal bags, they are a member of leadership. Meaning if you leave the store, they must check you out. To make sure nobody steals or removes merchandise in there personal bags.
