I'm seriously considering investing in the shu uemura brightening cleansing oil as my friend really recomended it. But i'm not sure if the hefty price tag is worth it. Also, the idea of putting oil on my face.....

Also, i'm wondering if it would be good for dry/sensitive skin?

I love Shu's cleansing oil, especially their premium range. imo they totally worth the price tag. I'm up to the 3rd bottle now, and I always buy the big ones so one bottle literally last me for half a year.
cookiemonster10, I also have quite dry and sensitive skin, I don't have any problems with the brightening oil. I actually felt it made my skin softer!

I second the cleansing oil love! The classic green bottle (I think it's called Cleansing Oil premium A/O?) is my go-to cleanser. I have combination skin, so I was super wary about putting oil on my already somewhat oily skin, but it rinses very clean and leaves your skin feeling soft and not over-cleansed. It also dissolves any last bits of makeup or dirt that my makeup remover didn't get. It's been my go-to face cleanser for almost a year now.

I would advise either buying the big bottles or waiting until Shu's website has a free shipping offer, since shipping can be rather costly.

Can't agree with you more! My top 2 favourite Shu's cleansing oils are the green one and the purple brightening one!

I realize this is a slightly-older thread, but I figured I'd weigh in for anyone else.. I had a sample of a Cleansing Oil A/O & loved it, but Shu's website is perpetually out of stock.. so I tried Bobbi Brown's Cleansing Oil & actually prefer it, plus it's cheaper. :)

FWIW, I have sensitive skin & I'm not acne prone.
