I LOVE this look.
I didn't really have any plan as to what I was going to do, but then I just started and this is what I came up with.

Face:
Mac Studio Fix Fluid NW25
Mac Select Concealer NW25
Mac MSF Medium Deep
Mac Mineralized Blush in Pleasantry

Brows:
Mac Brow Pencil - Stud
Anastasia Brow Powder - Brunette
Mac Brow Set - Clear

Eyes:
Mac Cream Color Base - Luna
Mac Pigment - Frozen White
Mac Eyeshadow - Silver Ring, Tilt, & Carbon
Mac Reflects Gold
Urban Decay 24/7 Eye Pencil - Zero
Mac Liquid Liner - Boot Black
Diorshow Unlimited - Black

Lips:
Urban Decay Lipstick - Lovechild
Mac Lipglass - Starlet Kiss (mixed with a little bit of Reflects Gold)

Ooh, yay!
I used Luna CCB as a base
Frozen White as a highlight and inner corners
Silver Ring on the inner corners and blended with Tilt in the middle to Carbon on my outer V and crease.
I used a flat brush sprayed lightly with Fix+ to apply Reflects Gold overtop of my lid up and into my crease, then went in with my crease brush to disperse reflects so they were less dense the higher up on my eye. Does that make sense?
