Smashbox Jet Set Eyeliner has dried. :(

Hi everyone,

My Smashbox Waterproof Jetset Eyeliner (Midnight Black) seems to have dried up & application is spotchy rather than smooth - after only about 3 uses! Really disappointed!

Does anyone have any recommendations to "reactiviate" it? Is it possible to melt it down & reset? I'm ready to throw it out so I will try anything.
