If you haven't bought Pearl Ex Pigments from Michael's craft store, you need to! The company can't recommend them for cosmetics because they have not been approved to do so, but they are non-toxic and have a neutral pH! I pressed some and I love them!!! Here is a look I did with the blue pigment from Pearl Ex.
