Smoking = Velvet Lady?

Perhaps it's just my un-professional eyes, but are these the exact same thing? Lol they're both black with gold sparkle and Velvet finish. >_> Anybody else notice that?

I did notice this, but after swatching them, there is one big difference. Smoking is a black w/ a brown base, Velvet Lady has a blue base. HTH!
