smudging

How do I stop my liner from smudging onto my brow bone? Does that make sense? For instance, today I am wearing Say, Yeah shadow and Fiction as a liner on the top lid, when I open my eyes, the Fiction rubs off onto my brow bone slightly. How do I stop this from happening?

To keep from transfering shadow

I use a waterproof converter. I don't use alot of MAC makeup, I actually use mineral eyeshadow (also as a liner).

I like She Laq by Benefit (great waterproofer) and once that stuff dries it stays put. Then smashbox On Set waterproof convertor is great too. With She Laq you can brush it over your eyeliner and it will set it and waterproof it (also good for lips, but I don't use it that way).
