ok so i was browsing thru one of my friends and i saw she was friends with a mac manager at a mall by me. I kinda want to message her and see if theres anyway she can help me out by getting me a job but i dont know her would this be kinda werid ? I really want to work at MAC !

give it a shot. i befriended a mac artist as well and have her on my fb. i messaged her about what it was like working there beforehand and she told me its hard to get into. theres nothing wrong with having connections. also i see your from nj. if you dont mind me asking which mall? its not often i find other people from nj on here. i often go to the mac counter in short hills with it being the closest

i would talk to your mutual friend before you send her any messages.
ask her how she knows her, and how she thinks she would react to getting a msg like that.
