But my skin is too dark and the product looks chalky when applied. I'd love to find another product that does the same thing.

Have you tried Make Up Forever's lift concealer? Or Le Touche d'Eclat?

How about a yellow powder to brush on the lids? Urban Decay makes a yellow mineral foundation, if you buffed it on the lids it might give a yellow veil of color without appearing chalky because it is not so opaque.

Try Benefit FY EYE. It's a primer, but would suit a darker colour skin tone.

maybe Bare Escentuals Well Rested? I'm an NW15, but this stuff can go on pretty sheerly. It may be worth a try if you live near a Sephora.
