I know that Stila has been a little bit hard to come by in Vancouver recently. I think it used to be at The Bay, but not anymore.

^ Looking in that thread, there's Stila available at BeautyMark in Yaletown and Kiss & Makeup at Park Royal. No idea if the Pot Rouge is sold there though.
You can get Stila anywhere else in Canada where there's a Sephora though, so you can get it online too. Or wait until September 2009, when Vancouver gets its own Sephora!
