storage help & cleaning brushes

i currently use a tackle box to store my make up and i want to try something else. mainly because my collection is growing. i'm not into train cases really because they're kind of expensive. any suggestions?

also, i've never cleaned my brushes and i think i should. whats the best way?

I have this big plastic craft case with a handle. It's clear. I have my makeup separated in little plastic tubberware like containers. I just stack them all inside. It's working good so far.

You should def use the brush cleaner. About once a month I wash them with baby shampoo.

I wash my brushes at least once a week with Trish McEvoy brush bath-it leaves the brushes amazingly soft. I wsash my foundation brushes with baby shampoo and MAC cleaner.
