Strange hybrid collection for a NC40_NC42

I am interested in either the strange hybrid or progate lipsticks. Sadly I can only get my MAC from online. I wonder if these will be to light for my complexion. the both look very light and I don't want to look washed out.

I think propagate will look good on you, with First Bloom l/g. Also get Hothouse l/g.

i'm a c40 and strange hybrid looked nice, BUT it was very similar to eden rocks (which i have). my lips are highly pigmented, tho, so i'm not sure how much that had to do with it.

i ended up getting hothouse l/g, orchidazzle, and flowerplay l/s. all 3 are buildable and you can wear as sheer or as crazy as you want.
