is there any kind of student discount, student discount progam, or aspiring artist program? something similar to the MAC Pro program, but for students or those who aren't in the industry and/or are planning to be.

damnit. I'm still in highschool. not planning to go to a cosmetology school. but makeup is definately something I want to do on the side or network with wedding/event planners and do their clients' makeup.
ugh, guess I'll be forking out money to beef up my makeup stash til I make some business cards and get a gig so I can apply for the PRO card :shrug:

Oh man, after reading the other thread I see where my favourite MA, the only one I buy from, was going with the intense questioning (that I found really odd and stupid at the time). She was hinting at ways for me to get a pro card. Wow, how nice...even though she wouldn't get my sales anymore.
