Studio Tech + 187 Brush

I just purchase the 187 brush. Just wanted to know is it good with appling with Studio Tech NW45 or is a sponge better??????

the 190 is the best i've found for studiotech foundation, although the 187 works pretty good too, for slightly lesser coverage. only use the sponge for touch ups, if at all, you end up wasting SO much product that way. seriously, i'm using SO much less studio tech now that i'm not using any form of sponge for application, only brushes.
