Gorgeous, especially the lips! And I fourth the tutorial. If I use that many shadows I end up with mud on my eyes. =P

Usually dry. Occasionally I'll wet my brush a tiny bit, but I almost always use them dry. I used the all over gloss underneath Copper Sparkle on the bottom though. But only the bottom. It was really sparkley in person...not so much on camera.
