The 'I Finally Got a Teaching Job and am Happy I Get to Quit My Current Job' FOTD!

Yes, so I interviewed at 3 schools last week. The 8th was for a 1st or 2nd grade position, the 9th (my birthday) was for a 1st grade position, and the 10th was for a kindergarten position. The school I interviewed with on the 10th called me the very next day to offer me the kindergarten job.. which I didn't even hesitate to take! So yes, I am absolutely thriiiiiilled to be employed.. means no more working in retail and customer service! I get lots of creepy people who come into work.. including someone who asked me if I was pregnant today and if I was sure I wasn't late when I told them I wasn't.

Thank you! I really wanna try blues or something like that, but am a little nervous as to how that might turn out. Yeah, the majority of my education graduation buddies are currently unemployed. Less teachers are retiring/resigning this year.. stupid recession.
