These are fake, right? Eyeshadows with numbers

I just found this person on ebay selling what looks to be fake MAC eyeshadows - http://search.ebay.co.uk/_W0QQsassZcleg_nutQQhtZ-1
I compared the pictures to a genuine counter bought shadow, and the hinge looks different, along with the rim outside the pan on the bottom being slightly different too. And of course the "shade numbers".
Should I contact ebay? And if so, say what exactly?

Thanks for spotting these. Yes, they're very fake. You simply fill in a form on eBay and list the item numbers that are counterfeit. There's nothing you have to explain at all.
